SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOB OVERVIEW
Our HVAC/R technicians install, maintain and/or repair heating and cooling units, as well as refrigeration systems. Our technicians often specialize in maintenance and repair or installation and even sales. Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and professionalism are required.
HVAC/R systems often contain mechanical and electrical components, requiring the Service Technician to be able to diagnose and repair different kinds of problems. Our HVAC/R technicians work anywhere heating and cooling units are used — homes, businesses, hospitals and office buildings — indoors and outdoors, depending on where the machinery is located.
We offer a variety of Service Technician positions based on skill level: from entry-level technicians with little or no experience, to seasoned technicians with certifications and ample field experience. We offer training opportunities to increase skill level.
